THE STARTING GATE

Ingredients

2 oz Stakes Bourbon

1 oz Grapefruit Juice

½ oz Honey Syrup

¼ oz Lemon Juice

2 Dash Angostura Bitters

Grapefruit twist

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake and single strain over a large cube in a DOF glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

TEXAS TWO-STEP

Ingredients

2 oz Stakes Bourbon
1 oz Lime Juice
4 Sage Leaves
2 Cucumber Chunks
2-3 oz Ginger Beer
Lime wheel

Method

Muddle 3 sage leaves and cucumber in a Collins class. Add Stakes Bourbon, lime, and cubed ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and remaining sage leaf.

10 GALLON HAT

Ingredients

2 oz Oaks Rye
¾ oz Oloroso Sherry
½ Creole Shrubb
2 Dash Angostura Bitters
2 Dash Orange Bitters
Lemon peel

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker or mixing glass filled halfway with ice. Stir until cold - about 20 seconds. Julep strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with manicured and twisted lemon peel.

City Slicker

Ingredients

2 OZ OAKS RYE

½ OZ COCCHI AMERICANO

½ OZ COCCHI TORINO

DASH ANGOSTURA BITTERS

LUXARDO CHERRY FOR GARNISH

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker or mixing glass filled halfway with ice. Stir until cold - about 20 seconds. Strain into coupe glass Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

RED HEADED STRANGER

Ingredients

1½ oz Oaks Rye
1 oz Carpano Antica
¾ oz Cappellano Barolo Chinato
2 Dash Lemon Bitters
Orange twist

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker or mixing glass filled halfway with ice. Stir until cold - about 20 seconds. Julep strain into a martini glass. Garnish with braided orange twist.
